Client marketing to supply final launch email copy

Needed by 15 Oct 2027, which allows two weeks for build and testing in the email platform before go-live.

Lead time — their approval chain is four people, so ask six weeks out rather than three.

Fallback if it is late — send a plain-text notification instead. Low impact on the launch, high impact on how the launch feels.
