Brush places object at zero when terrain has offset

At the moment im testing brush tool which is really cool and I've already asked my employer to by me BIOMES and SPLINES But now im facing some strange problem. When I want to place some objects using brush tool and the terain isnt located at posicion 0,0,0 they are placing in some strange directions. Im facing the same isue even when i want to paint on the extra tiles created by MapMagic PinTile tool. Do you have any idea how to overcome this problem ?? There is a Video in the attachments
