New node, Splines: Mask

Additionally, is there a way to mask the 'Spline Interlink' node? There are paths running through the water on my terrain that I'd like to remove using a height mask, similar to how you can mask scatter nodes by height. It would be awesome to have that feature if it doesn't already exist. If it does, I would love to know how to use it.
