Graph window should have a name of the graph

Since I have several Map Magic graphs open at once (in different tabs), my docked tab bar was getting kind of confusing since all of them just say "Map Magic Graph" so I kept forgetting which one was which (and sometimes made edits to wrong graph - eek!) I added a simple method to GraphWindow.cs that now names the tabs after the names of the graphs (and just appends "MM2"). Screenshot of result & roughly where to put the calls.
