You’ve probably been working with Wunderlist for a while and you feel like it’s about time to find a better alternative? Or you’re just browsing to see if there’s a software that can help you organize your overloaded tasks better.
Well, let’s get it straight, there’s no perfect project management software. But if you’re looking for something more straightforward yet still powerful to keep up with your dynamic workflow and reduce your headaches when it comes to organizing your work life, you’ve come to the right place.
Quire isn’t just an alternative solution to Wunderlist, we’re so much more than that. We’re here to help you walk your dream home, from gathering ideas, planning a project, executing tasks to tracking the progress then ultimately achieving your goals.
With our approach, project management has never been easier and more streamlined. So no matter why you want to leave Wunderlist and move on with Quire, just know that we got you covered. Your projects are in good hands now.
Why is Quire the best alternative to Wunderlist?
Nested task list:
Our task list is the cool one, meaning we’re not a conventional flat to-do list
as many other alternatives offer, we give you a list with the contexts associated with each task. Our hierarchical task list has unlimited tasks and subtasks that help you break down big ideas into smaller and doable tasks.
Kanban board: If you’re familiar with the whiteboard that has many sticky notes on it to show the progress of a project, you already understand the fundamental idea of Kanban board. With the same idea to a tangible board, Kanban board helps you visualize your workflow using columns that represent each step of “To-do”, “In Progress” and “Complete”. Combining with the nested task list, Quire lets you focus on your work and continuously improve the process. Now you can view your short-term work at a glance and keep everyone from your team on the same page.
Streamline your workflow:
The sky’s the limit as long as you break your challenging goal into attainable tasks and achieve them one-by-one. Quire task list with the hierarchical structure allows you to brainstorm and plan ahead for your projects. On the other hand, Quire Kanban board is for execution and progress tracking. The best thing with Quire is, you can switch
between nested task list and Kanban board at any time to get the best of both worlds.
Simple and elegant user interface: The intuitive user experience is the dealbreaker for many users to migrate their work from Wunderlist to Quire. Our team spends years of effort to strive for a delicate balance between Quire’s simplicity and the powerful features. We’re here to simplify your workload, not to create a software that wastes your time on the learning process.
Flexible permission control:
You to create external team
to only work on the tasks that are assigned to them. External team cannot see or access other tasks in the same project. Also, Quire enables you to share links with your clients
to view a private project or a task without them signing up for a Quire account.
There are a lot more features that are waiting to be explored, such as: Multiple assignees, Siri activation, Smart Folder, Zoom In, Slack Integration, etc. So are you interested enough to have an account with Quire?
