This is deliberately separate from the Product Backlog. Mixing raw feedback with refined stories is how backlogs become unreadable. One user saying "I wish this were faster" is not a story. It becomes one only after refinement gives it a user, a goal, a reason, and acceptance criteria.

The flow:

1. Capture it here, verbatim, with the source
2. Discuss it at Backlog Refinement
3. If it survives, write it as a story in 📋 Product Backlog and link back to this item
4. If it does not survive, mark it Won't Do and say why — a silent no teaches nobody

Keep the original wording. Paraphrased feedback loses the signal.
