I would need to merge the changes I do on files I have exported in order to interoperate with other application over the same data. Else I have to update manually the changes I do externally.
At this moment I'm collaborating with some friends through quire, then I export the project data in CSV format and convert it (with the attached script) into org-mode format, and I open this file from Orgzly, (an android app)
If I could import back a csv file, I would create a similar script in order to convert the org file into csv! π π
How about Exporting tasks from Quire in a csv? Is that possible?

Hi Joel, Yes, itβs possible! You can export a project into a CSV formatted file, click on the Options "arrow" icon of the project. Next, select Export --> CSV in the dropdown. You can go here to see more info and #{Getting_Started_with_Quire/26} Export to CSV JSON Hope this helps. Thanks! π

needless to say that it would be EXCELLENT if I could import/export in org format directly! even better if this org file is always synced with dropbox π

π Great news! I'll try it soon! And I'll be waiting for upcoming merge/sync features! π

Hi Roberto, Good news, we have been working on the import function, so you should be able to copy and paste your data from a CSV file to Quire soon. π As for overriding the old content (or merging back) in Quire after import, this will not be available in the upcoming copy & paste feature but we will think about it for future enhancement. Thanks for mentioning it.
