#3676: Quire Feedback
Status: Completed

I've started 2 projects in the same organization. We are starting a 3rd similar project and so I'd like to create a project that subsumes all 3. So same organization, creating a new project heading that 3 currently separate projects can be moved to. Do not want to change organizations. Already checked Transfer, Move, and Duplicate, but none of those seem to do what I'm asking.

Hi @Seth-02 - I would like to double check with you what you are looking for.

  1. Were you finding a way to move the tasks from Project 1 and 2 to the 3rd project?
  2. Or you have all three projects set up, and you were just trying to find a way to see all tasks from the three projects in one place?
If 1:

You can select all the tasks from for example, project 1 and right-click on the tasks to transfer them to the third project. (Guide: https://quire.io/guide/move-tasks/#transfer-a-task)

If 2:

You can use Smart Folder. By adding the projects to a smart folder, you would be able to see all the tasks in one place, then use the filter bar to narrow down to the tasks you would like to focus on. Please note that at the moment, you can only add up to 5 projects in to one smart folder. (Guide: https://quire.io/guide/smart-folders/)

Hope my answer helps.
