I wonder if you can add private tasks. Currently, I can create sublist "only shared with me", but each task create in a private sublist is visible in the main list.

Hi @andresfelipeml - You won't be able to create a task that is only visible to you right now. When setting a Sublist "Shared with only me", only the Sublist itself is visible to yourself. The tasks inside will still be visible to all the project members.

I agree. An important feature would be to hide specific, personal tasks at any project level. I work with teams, and want to add tasks that relate to my work with that specific project or team, but I don't want everyone on the project to see my tasks to myself. At the best it would overwhelm them, at the worst, they see what I'm working on that might concern them specifically at an individual level.

I don't understand the purpose of a "shared only with me" sublist if everyone has access to the tasks in that list.

@andresfelipeml - Sometimes a project main List can get a bit too overwhelming, since in a live project, each member will adding their own tasks to the List at the same time. Over some time, the List will be huge and filled with hundred of tasks. You will then get lost in a sea of tasks that are relevant to you.
We think a personal (shared with only me) Sublist can be solution to this problem. You can create a personal list for yourself and only add the tasks that matter to you. This way, you can have a focused view and won't get distracted by the other tasks in the main List. 😜

Hey @Helenecarter - I think that's a wonderful idea. I agree having private tasks would be somewhat helpful to our day to day project management. I will pass your suggestion to the team. We will take this into our consideration. However, I won't be able to promise you when we will take this on, since our team is working on other priorities at the moment.
