For the status icons, in addition to, or in replacement for the "in-progress", please add "25% complete", "50% complete" and "75% complete". Integrate this feature with overall % complete report and graph. Custom "% complete" is probably an overkill.
Ability to print to PDF certain standard reports, "Dashboard", "Tasks completed last week", "Tasks due next week", "Overdue tasks", etc...

As for printing reports as PDF files, at the moment, you can hit Ctrl + P in the Overview page of a project to save it as a PDF file. I hope this helps.
