if I was project is it possible to hide certain tasks from regular project members?

Hi Mashael - Thank you for your feedback. At the moment, you won't be able to hide certain tasks from project members.
As a workaround, you can add the member to an External Team and assign the task to that External Team. External Team members can only see the tasks that they are assigned to. I hope this helps.
There is another similar request where users would like to create 'Private tasks' that are only visible to him/herself (#4004). This request is in our consideration for our future enhancements.
