Hi, I just started using Quire and I'm very excited for it. It looks and feels great so far! I have a question about the My Tasks option: how come it doesn't show all the tasks I created in all other projects? I'm looking for a way to get an overview of all my tasks, across projects, and I was hoping to use My Tasks for that. Is there anything I can do to make that possible? Best, Monki

Hi Monki, thank you so much for your support!

For the tasks to appear in My Tasks, they will need to fit one of the below criteria:

  • Tasks created by you, not assigned to others, with start or due date
  • Task assigned to you
  • Personal tasks (Tasks that are created in My Tasks and don't belong in any projects)

Hi Monki, you may try the Smart Folder feature.

A Smart Folder is a place where you can add 3 projects or more inside and let all the tasks from those projects show in one place. (The number of projects you can add to a Smart Folder is based on your subscription plan.) Hope this helps.
