The subscription in Quire is based on and calculates the total number of members per organization. If you've purchased only one member, you'll be restricted to assigning tasks solely to that member. To assign tasks to additional members, you'll need to purchase more member seats.

You can also share your project or sublist with your clients without signing up for Quire. For more details, please visit our guide here.

Additionally, for members who only need limited access to your Quire project and tasks, you can add them as External Team members. External team members can only view tasks assigned to them.
