Currently, the visual distinction indicating that a task is a subtask of another is insufficient. This is particularly problematic on the Kanban board, where you have to open a task to see if it’s a child of another task (although it’s not much clearer in the list view either). In my team, tasks are sometimes named in a way that you need to know the parent task to understand the context. Please consider adding a visual cue, such as small text under the task showing its parent, or implement a solution similar to what we are using in our team (see attached screenshots).
Hi, We understand your feedback regarding the interest in displaying the parent task name above the subtask when the Task Bundle is enabled. While this may not suit all users' preferences, we will share your feedback with our team to explore potential options.
Also, we will forward your suggestion for a compact view of the Board to our team for further discussion regarding possible implementation. Although we cannot promise immediate changes, we will keep you informed of any updates. Thank you for your feedback!

Thanks! The Task Bundle and Advanced Mode features work pretty much the way I wanted. However, I’m still missing the option to always display the parent task in small text, not just when the task is detached from it. It might slightly clutter the interface, but for me, it’s much clearer than just relying on indentation, and it’s easier on the eyes when something is consistently visible rather than only appearing in certain situations 😃
As for the Kanban board, it’s generally fine, but I have another request. Would it be possible to add a smaller view option? Currently, on my 34" monitor, I can only see about 6 tasks at a time. I understand that there’s a lot of information to display, but other project management systems seem to manage a denser layout. Six tasks per screen feel quite limited, even for a moderately sized project. If this can’t be addressed with a more compact design, it would still be great to have a switch to hide everything except the task name and parent task. I believe this would allow at least 12 tasks to fit in a single column.

Hi, In Board view, you can enable the Task Bundle feature to maintain the task hierarchy. For more details, check out our guide here.
Additionally, you can activate Advanced mode to display the parent task name above each subtask. Simply press the i key to toggle this feature.
If you have any questions, please let me know. Thank you.
