I would like this as well. I volunteer at a local charity and they are insistent that I have a program which displays tasks in a Gantt Chart. I have tried to explain that Quire can do the same thing without it but they do not believe me. This means I can not use Quire to manage projects for my volunteer work.

Hi Armando, Duly noted. It is something we are considering to implement along with task dependencies. Do you have a visual example of how you would tasks to be displayed in Gantt chart? Also, would a native calendar view with both start & due date and time help?

Hi Crystal, I tried the function you suggest me, but in my opinion an integrated function on Quire is more efficient than in external cal (ical or ecc)

Hi all - Quire Timeline is now available. You can switch from List to Timeline view with just one click at the upper right corner of the workspace.

📒 Visit our blog for more details: https://quire.io/blog/p/timeline.html

Please open up a new thread if you have a suggestion for us. Thank you! 😍

Take a look at how 2plan management software did it, additionally look at smartsheet as well. Let the user have a gantt chart in which they can use to edit task duration and start times from within the chart itself. Let users change the color of arrows in the gantt chart so that users can designate different critical chains and also keep track of the the critical path. I know I'm asking for a lot but anything you guys add to remedy this will be helpful.

Hi Giuliano, What we have decided is to add a native calendar view in Quire so with both start and due date & time, one would get a Gantt-chart like view.
