Removes the terrain (in Main tiles) when camera goes away, however it should be kept if user wants to return

To reproduce: set draft range 1, disable drafts in playmode, start play, select tile with terrain, move camera away - see terrain vanished. Move camera back - it will be generated instead of enabling. If player will walk along the seam it will be a problem
