Make limited world at once instead of infinite

So can you use an infinite terrain? foscoalma — Yesterday at 23:51 I can't. I need to generate the whole world at once before actual game session starts. Because I generate various locations, quests, unique spots, over the generated world, so I need to know the whole map at beginning.
