See for example how zenkit does them. The current workaround is to go to csv, edit there, and upload again. Things like search and replace are only possible that way.

Hi @joseq - You can toggle on the Grid view in Timeline view.
At the moment, you can select the columns that you would like to hide or show in our Grid view. However, you won't be able to add a customized columns of your choice. Having custom fields feature is in our consideration for our future updates. I will let you know when we have more updates about this feature. Thank you.
