Guten Tag, vielen Dank für die extrem gute Lösung, die einige Vorteile für mein tägliches Doing mit sich bringen würde. Aktuell bin ich ToDoIst Premium Nutzer, aber bereit, zu Ihnen zu wechseln. Allerdings ist für mich ein Killerfeature, dass ich gesetzte Tags zentral aufrufen kann. So setze ich bspw. "wait" und kann einmal alle einsehen, egal aus welchem Projekt. Weiterhin fände ich es extrem gut, auch die Listen in einem Projekt so gestalten zu können, dass diese per Kriterien Aufgaben selbst hinzufügen. Freue mich auf die Rückmeldung!

Tip for your company: I thought, the support is also in German available, so I wrote in this language. For me, it’s no problem to write in English. Not so good, but I think fine for our conversation 😉 If you need a translation program - use deepl. This works very well and has a lot of APIs to integrate directly in your systems.

Hi Dominikkerkow - Thank you for your feedback. I think what you are looking for is to set up the tags globally and can be shared among different projects. Regarding the second suggestion, I am not 100% sure what you are looking for, because I don't speak German and I used Google Translate to understand your feedback. Regarding the first feedback: To achieve this, firstly, add the projects into a Smart Folder (right now, the limitation is 5 projects in a Smart Folder) for the tasks to show in one place and then use the filter bar to filter out all the tasks with a specific tag. I hope this helps.

I’ve read the part about global tags - it would work very good. But what I’m missing is a feature, that I see all task within one Tag over all projects. On the left menu the section “tags” as workplace with only global tags.
I will check the second point and come back later, if this is the solution, I needed.
