Is it possible to export comments?

Hi @welingtonguerrero-88 - You can see all the projects at the Organization Overview, however, we won't show how many there are in total, we only list them out in one place. Hope this helps.

You can access the Organization overview by clicking on the Organization name at the sidebar or via the dropdown menu beside the Project name at the top.

Hello, how do I post a feature request to the task list?

Hi, I set a due date and time and I have my settings set to notify me at the time and I’m not getting any notifications at all. Nothing even shows up in the notifications area of the app. How do I fix this?

Will there ever be One Drive or Share point integration... obviously this would make integration into businesses so much easier since most businesses utilize MS products.

Hello @peggy, i was suggesting since we've added the Tree, Timeline and Board view, maybe we can do away with the List on the projects such that Overview is the first page then Boards which can be now configured to one's liking.

Hi Jenna, Is the task with due date & time assigned to you, or created by you (and without an assignee)? If so, you should receive a reminder in the upper-right notifications area.

Quick one, can you guys make completed tasks disappear from the lists. Seeing that you can still access them on the boards. We can have them disappear from the active lists.

Hi Felipe - You should be able to hide the Overview tab when sharing a project via public link. There is a bug and I have passed it to our developer team. I will keep you posted for updates in this thread: #4718. Thank you.

Hi @lcowels-61, you can check your used storage by going to your organization > clicking the dropdown menu next to its name > selecting Manage subscription.

If you have enough storage but still can't upload files, please check whether the file size exceeds the maximum upload limit per file. You can find the file size limits on our pricing page. Thank you.

As well as if it's possible to change the text of the title through the API to something like blue.

Thank you Golda- But can this export be converted to excel? When I try even exporting into Word it does not look correct. When trying to save in text format I get the same.

Hi @tpaytes, at the moment, Quire doesn’t support exporting task comments to Excel or Word. I’ll definitely share your feedback with our team for further discussion. We’ll keep you updated if there’s any progress on this!

Hi @saeed_javadzadeh - Thank you for reaching out to us. You can add the member to an External Team. Only the tasks that are assigned to an External Team members will be visible to them.

Does anyone know if it's possible to mention a user from the API. I've tried doing @user_name but it just appears as plain text and doesn't mention the user at all.

Feature Request:

I wish Quire's calendar can allow us to choose to start the week on a Sunday, instead of the default Monday.

I'm really really used to seeing my calendars starting on a Sunday, so it always confuses me for a while when I tried to set dates in Quire.

Do you mean you would like to hide the List tab and make the Overview tab the first tab that you see in your project?

For the first suggestion, I'm afraid to tell you that syncing a folder to Quire isn't in our consideration.

Hi @Cintia_Mafra54, you can enable Chat for project members or external team members that you’ve invited to your project. When creating a Chat, click the dropdown menu under Share with and select the people you want to share the chat with. Only those invited members will be able to comment in the Chat. For more details, please refer to our guide here.

Hello @peggy, Yeah. Maybe not necessarily hide but your team can remove it since when i go to the boards i can change the format to Tree, Timeline and Board view.

But hide too could be an option.

Hi, @peggy ! I’m getting really in with the app fiddling with the workflow and btw I have to say it’s great!

I’ve got a question about google drive sync. Is it possible to sync a folder to a organitzation, project or task so the members can upload files directly to that folder.

Also it’s great to have the option to link to files on drive, is there a way or someway that it doesn’t always reset to the root folder of our drive? It gets so slow when you have to add documents.

It’s posible to upload multiple files from different folders? That would speed up so much the workflow!

Hi, is there any option that a project members not see all tasks in that project? we need that each person just see his/her assigned tasks. I think it is an important option for separating project parts from technical domain to business domain between its members.

More weekend options would be great, or perhaps even just a list where we can select the days we need. My weekends are always Sunday/Monday, but it’s not an option so I had to choose either Sunday or Saturday/Sunday.

Hi Oaksupreme - The tasks that are completed over 60 days ago will be hidden from the list even if you are in All Tasks filter. You can change the settings in the filter icon.

Or you may try Peekaboo the completed tasks that you want to hide from the list. You can later find the Peekaboo-ed tasks in the filter icon > Customize.

Is there a way when exporting into the JSON format to add date ranges so not to export all data? I'm looking to export specific dates.

Hi Andrew, integrating with One Drive is in our list of features to develop, but as we have other higher priority tasks, we have not gotten to it yet. As for integrating with Sharepoint, to my knowledge, Sharepoint is an online document management platform, could you please share your idea on how Quire can integrate with Sharepoint? Thanks! 😃

Hi @tpaytes, you can export your project along with comments by exporting it as a JSON file. On your project, click the dropdown menu next to the project name, hover over Export, and select JSON. Hope this helps!
