Edit Organization

You can customize your organization upon your preference. By adding descriptions and changing the icon’s color and image, it can give your members more information about your organization. The description will show in the Overview page of your organization.

Note: You must be organization admin to make the changes.

Change organization profile picture

Navigate to the Organization Overview page and click on the profile icon to change the organization icon.

Or you can click on the More Options icon at the upper right corner and select Edit details.

Another way is to click on the dropdown menu icon next to your organization name then select Edit details.

The organization icon is set by default, you can upload an image by selecting it from the local drive or dragging it to the upload area. You can also choose an icon and color from the menu selection.

Edit organization name

Navigate to the Organization Overview page and click on the More Options icon at the upper right corner, then select Edit details.

Another way is to click on the dropdown menu icon next to your organization name then select Edit details.

After changing the organization name, click Save to save the changes.

Add organization descriptions

There are several ways to add or edit your organization’s description. Navigate to the Organization Overview page and click Add description to add descriptions. Remember to save it after editing.

Or you can click on the More Options icon at the upper right corner in the organization’s Overview tab and select Edit details.

Another way is to click on the dropdown menu icon next to your organization name then select Edit details.

Provide more information for your organization. The description will be visible to all of your organization members so that they can know more about this project.

After changing the organization description, click Save to save the changes.

When typing your description using markdown, you can embed formulas to generate new insights and simple reports based on the data you have input into your tasks.

To embed a formula in the description area, you will need to put the formula between double curly brackets {{ and }}.

Add organization’s website

Navigate to the Organization Overview page and click on the More Options icon at the upper right corner, then select Edit details.

Another way is to click on the dropdown menu icon next to your organization name then select Edit details.

You can add and display your company’s website on the organization overview page so users can click and jump to your company’s website if they have the permission to view the organization page.

Changing the organization URL is only available in Professional, Premium, Enterprise plan. More information can be found at our pricing page.

Navigate to the Organization Overview page and click on the More Options icon at the upper right corner, then select Edit details.

Another way is to click on the dropdown menu icon next to your organization name then select Edit details.

Customize the organization URL to your preferences. This change will affect all of the organization’s members. When you click on the old URL, the system will automatically redirect you to the same organization with the new URL.

After changing the organization URL, click Save to save the changes.
