Profile Settings in Quire Permalink

Your Profile Settings in Quire allow you to update your profile photo, name, description, company details, and profile URL. This helps other team members identify you within shared projects and organizations.

Access Your Profile Page

  1. Click your profile icon in the upper-right corner of the screen.
  2. Select My Profile. Access My Profile from profile icon in Quire top navigation

Update Profile Photo

Method 1: Click Directly on the Profile Picture

  1. Go to your Profile page.
  2. Click directly on your profile picture.
  3. Upload a new image from your computer. Upload new profile picture from profile page in Quire
  4. Click Set as profile picture. drag a photo

Method 2: Use the More Options Menu

  1. On your Profile page, click the More Options icon.
  2. Select Edit details. Open Edit Details from profile More Options menu in Quire
  3. Click the profile picture.
  4. Choose Upload Picture. upload picture
  5. Save your changes.

Method 3: Use the Dropdown Menu

  1. Click the dropdown menu icon next to your name at the top.
  2. Select Edit details. Access Edit Details from top dropdown menu in Quire

Note: You can also personalize your avatar by selecting Change Icon Color if you prefer not to upload a photo.

Edit Basic Profile Information

Quick Edit from Profile Page

  1. Click directly on your user name to edit it. edit user name

  2. Click Add description to update your profile description. edit description

Edit via More Options or Dropdown Menu

  1. Click the More Options icon or the dropdown menu next to your name. edit details in profile page edit profile
  2. Select Edit details.
  3. Update your:
    • Name
    • Description
    • Company
    • Website profile basic information
  4. Click Save.

Your name, description, company, and website are visible to members within the same organizations or projects. Your email address remains private.

Customize Profile URL

Changing the profile URL is only available in Professional, Premium, Enterprise plan. More information can be found at our pricing page.

  1. Click the More Options icon or the dropdown menu next to your name. edit profile

  3. Scroll down to Profile URL. profile URL

  4. Enter your preferred URL.
  5. Click Save.

Note: If the URL is already taken, Quire will notify you. You will need to choose a different unique ID.

How do I change my profile picture in Quire?

Can I use a color icon instead of a photo for my Quire profile?
