Favorite Tasks
Favoriting a task helps you quickly identify work that is important to you personally. Favorites are private and do not affect other members, unlike tags or priorities.
Note:
- A ♥ means you have favorited the task.
- A ♡ means you have not.
- The number next to the heart shows how many people have favorited the task.
How do I favorite a task from the detail panel?
- Select the task you want to favorite.
- Open the detail panel.
- Click the ♥ icon in the menu bar.

How do I favorite a task using the right-click menu?
- Right-click on the task.
- Select Favorite from the context menu.

How can I find all tasks you’ve favorited?
You can use filters to quickly review your important tasks:
- Open the project task list.
- Apply the filter Favorited by me.

Follow Tasks
Following a task allows you to receive notifications when changes occur, such as comments, updates, or assignments. This helps you stay informed without constantly checking the task.
How do I follow a task from the detail panel?
- Select the task.
- Open the detail panel.
- Click the eye icon in the upper-right corner.

How do I follow a task using the right-click menu?
- Right-click on the task.
- Select Follow from the context menu.

What do the notification indicators mean?
- An orange dot appears next to a task when there are unread updates.
- Right-click the task and select Mark as read to clear it.
- Select Mark as unread to review it later.
What happens automatically when you follow tasks?
- You automatically follow the tasks you create.
- If you follow a parent task, you will also follow newly added subtasks.
- Only Admin and Normal project members can edit a task’s followers.
