Why was my Quire account locked?

Your account will be locked if the email address was not confirmed within 14 days after sign-up.

  • You must confirm your email after registering.
  • If not confirmed within 14 days, the account will be locked.
  • The account will not be deleted immediately.
  • Inactive accounts may be deleted after a long period of inactivity.

How do I regain access to a locked account?

  1. Check your inbox for the confirmation email.
  2. If you cannot find it, check the Spam or Junk folder.
  3. If needed, choose to resend the confirmation email.
  4. Alternatively, update your account to use a different email address.
  5. Open the confirmation email.
  6. Follow the instructions inside to activate your account.

If you signed up using Google sign-in and later changed your Google domain, follow these steps:

  1. If you can still access the original email inbox, go to the password reset page.
  2. Reset your Quire password.
  3. Log in using:
    • Your original email address
    • The newly created password
  4. After logging in, go to Basic Account Settings.
  5. Update your email address to the new one if needed.


This will ensure continued access to your account.
