Multiple Select Tasks in Quire Permalink

Multiple Select lets you select and update several tasks at once, making it faster to manage assignees, due dates, tags, priorities, and sublists across your project.

Select Multiple Tasks

  • Select all tasks: Ctrl + A ( + A on Mac)
  • Select a range of tasks: Shift + /
  • Select individual tasks: Shift + Click or + Click (Mac)


Once selected, you can batch edit tasks using:

  • The bottom menu bar
  • The right-click context menu
  • Keyboard shortcuts: @, <, #, !, ^

Tip: Press Tab after selecting tasks to jump to the bottom menu bar, then use left/right arrow keys to choose an action.

Manage Assignees in Batch

Add or Remove Assignees

Add assignees in batch:

  1. Select the tasks.
  2. Click the Assignee icon in the bottom menu bar, or right-click and select Set assignees.

  1. Select the tasks.
  2. Click the Assignee icon in the bottom menu bar, or right-click and select Set assignees.

  1. Select the tasks.
  2. Click the Date icon in the bottom menu bar, or right-click and select Set due.
  3. Choose or type a due date.
