Multiple Select lets you select and update several tasks at once, making it faster to manage assignees, due dates, tags, priorities, and sublists across your project.
Select Multiple Tasks
How do I select multiple tasks at once?
You can select all tasks or multiple tasks using your keyboard or mouse.
- Select all tasks: Ctrl + A (⌘ + A on Mac)
- Select a range of tasks: Shift + ↑ / ↓
- Select individual tasks: Shift + Click or ⌘ + Click (Mac)
Once selected, you can batch edit tasks using:
- The bottom menu bar
- The right-click context menu
- Keyboard shortcuts: @, <, #, !, ^
Tip: Press Tab after selecting tasks to jump to the bottom menu bar, then use left/right arrow keys to choose an action.
Manage Assignees in Batch
How do I add or remove assignees for multiple tasks?
Add assignees in batch:
- Select the tasks.
- Click the Assignee icon in the bottom menu bar, or right-click and select Set assignees.

Tip: Press @ after selecting tasks, then use the arrow keys to choose a member.
Remove assignees in batch:
- Select the tasks.
- Click the Assignee icon in the bottom menu bar, or right-click and select Set assignees.
- Click the X next to the assignee’s name.

Manage Due Dates in Batch
How do I add or remove due dates for multiple tasks?
Add due dates in batch:
- Select the tasks.
- Click the Date icon in the bottom menu bar, or right-click and select Set due.
- Choose or type a due date.

Tip: Press < after selecting tasks, then use arrow keys or type a date.
Remove due dates in batch:
- Select the tasks.
- Click the Date icon in the bottom menu bar, or right-click and select Set due.
- Click Clear date.

Add tags in batch:
- Select the tasks.
- Click the Tag icon in the bottom menu bar or right-click and choose Set tags.
- Select the tags to apply.

Tip: Press # after selecting tasks to quickly add tags.

- Click the Tag icon in the bottom menu bar or right-click and choose Set tags.
- Click the X next to the tag name.

- Choose a priority level.

- Select the tasks.
- Click the Sublist icon in the bottom menu bar, or right-click and select Set sublist.
- Choose the target sublist.
