Quire AI Plans and Credits Permalink
Quire AI is available for your organization to purchase in two ways, a recurring AI Plan or a one-time AI Credit Pack. Purchasing either one is independent of your organization’s Quire subscription plan, so even an organization on the Free plan can buy Quire AI without upgrading first.

AI Plan vs. AI Credit Pack
Quire offers two ways to add Quire AI to your organization, and an organization can use one or both at the same time.
AI Plan
- Billed on a recurring monthly or yearly cycle
- Choose how many units of AI usage to purchase, where one unit equals 100,000 credits
- Renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle
AI Credit Pack
- A one-time purchase of a fixed amount of credits
- Buy as many packs as your organization needs
- Credits do not expire and remain available until they are used
- Does not renew automatically
Purchase an AI Plan
- Open your organization’s Settings, go to Subscription, then select AI Plan.

Click Upgrade AI plan.
- Choose a monthly or yearly billing cycle.
- Choose how many units to purchase, where one unit equals 100,000 credits.
- Confirm the purchase.
Only Organization Admins and Billing Managers can purchase an AI Plan for an organization.
Purchase an AI Credit Pack
- Open your organization’s Settings, go to Subscription, then select AI Plan.

Click Upgrade AI plan.
- Choose how many AI Credit Packs to buy.
- Confirm the purchase.
Only Organization Admins and Billing Managers can purchase an AI Credit Pack. Credits are available to use immediately after purchase.
Who Can Use Quire AI Once Purchased
Purchasing an AI Plan or AI Credit Pack is an organization-level action, and the permission to purchase is separate from the permission to use it. Once an organization has purchased Quire AI, every member of that organization can use Quire AI, not only the Organization Admin or Billing Manager who made the purchase.
Only Organization Admins and Billing Managers can set a usage cap for individual members, limiting how many credits each one can consume.
- Click + Add member limits.

Search for and select a member, then click Add.

Use the Monthly limit dropdown next to that member to choose Unlimited, a preset amount (25,000, 50,000, or 75,000 credits), a Custom amount, Blocked (no usage allowed), or Same as everyone else.
Members without an individual limit are grouped under Everyone else, which defaults to Unlimited.
Manage Your AI Usage
Open your organization’s Settings, go to Subscription, then select AI Plan to see your organization’s AI usage.
- The Monthly credits bar shows how many of the AI Plan’s included credits your organization has used this cycle, and when it resets.
- The member table shows a Usage column (credits each member has used) and a Monthly limit column, defaulting to Unlimited for every member.
Quire AI lets every member choose which underlying AI model to use for a chat, for example Gemini 2.5 Flash, Gemini 2.5 Pro, Gemini 3.5 Flash, or Gemini 3.1 Pro. The model list is the same for everyone; an Organization Admin cannot restrict which models members can choose. More advanced models consume more credits per use.

Change or Cancel an AI Plan
