Quire Dashboard Widget Types Permalink
Dashboard view offers 14 widget types, each showing a different slice of project or organization data at a glance.
Widget Types
Attention Required
Shows the tasks that need your focus right now, ranked by priority: tasks assigned to you that are overdue or due soon, tasks where you were recently mentioned, and tasks assigned to you that have gone a while without a status update.
Approvals and Requests
Shows two lists: approvals waiting on you, oldest first, with an aging badge that flags how long each has been pending; and requests you’ve submitted, showing their current status until they’re approved or rejected.
Blocked Tasks
Lists tasks that can’t move forward until a dependency is complete, pairing each blocked task with the predecessor task it’s waiting on and who currently owns that predecessor.
Upcoming Tasks
Lists tasks due today or later, so you can plan what’s coming next. Overdue tasks aren’t included here; they show up in Attention Required and At-Risk Tasks instead.
Deadline Calendar
A calendar grid showing where due dates cluster across a month, past and future, so you can spot busy weeks at a glance or page back to see what shipped or slipped. Filter by assignee to scope it to yourself, the team, or specific members.
Member Workload
Gives team leads a per-member workload snapshot: active, completed, and overdue task counts, a completion trend, and an overall health badge (Healthy, Watch, or At risk) for each member.
Note: This widget is available on a dashboard at the project, folder, Smart Folder, or organization level. It does not appear in the Widget Library on a dashboard scoped to a member’s profile or My Tasks.
At-Risk Tasks
Flags tasks that are overdue, due soon, or have not been updated in a while, so leads can step in before a deadline is missed.
Tasks by Status per Member
A stacked bar chart showing each member’s task count by status. It shows the same data as Member Workload in chart form, which makes it easier to use in presentations or share as a snapshot.
Note: This widget is available on a dashboard at the project, folder, Smart Folder, or organization level. It does not appear in the Widget Library on a dashboard scoped to a member’s profile or My Tasks.
Portfolio Health
Gives leads and executives managing multiple projects a per-project health snapshot: active, completed, and overdue task counts, a trend, and a health signal for each project. It’s the project-level counterpart to Member Workload.
Note: This widget is only available on a dashboard at the organization level, a folder, or a Smart Folder, since it compares across projects. It does not appear in the Widget Library on a dashboard scoped to a single project, a member’s profile, or My Tasks.
Project Health
A row of four summary stats (active, completed, due, and overdue counts) at the top, with a multi-line trend chart below tracking those same four metrics over time.
Task Status Distribution
A pie chart of all tasks in the current filter scope, broken down by status, showing where work is concentrated right now. Each status keeps its project-configured color, and it can also be displayed as a donut or nested donut.
Tasks Created vs. Completed
A grouped bar chart comparing work coming in versus going out: tasks created and tasks completed, bucketed by day, week, or month across the date range.
Member Activity
A heatmap grid of task activity per member across the date range, one row per member, with darker cells marking busier periods.
Note: This widget is available on a dashboard at the project, folder, Smart Folder, or organization level. It does not appear in the Widget Library on a dashboard scoped to a member’s profile or My Tasks.
Portfolio Activity
A heatmap grid of task activity per project across the date range, one row per active project in the organization. It’s the org-level mirror of Member Activity.
Note: This widget is only available on a dashboard at the organization level, a folder, or a Smart Folder, since it compares across projects. It does not appear in the Widget Library on a dashboard scoped to a single project, a member’s profile, or My Tasks.
